Hilarious. First, this delinquent security is OTC. It does not trade on an exchange, so, as such, is not "listed" So "uplisting" is impossible.

Of course, given the current sorry state of affairs with TALK, it most likely will never trade above a penny, and may well never get out of the trips.

Mark this post.... If it ever gets above a buck, without a reverse split, I'll will leave iHub for good. Conversely, if it is suspended, you may choose the same punishment.
