OFIX The author of that short article on CETX did a thorough job making his case. No surprise it is down 30% today. Looked through articles about other companies he has written about, and NYMX, OFIX, and YRD also had interesting short theses. I just shorted some OFIX myself. The author argues that the company will likely lose protected Class 3 status of it's profitable product, bringing in lots of competition and they have been using numerous accounting tricks to boost recent profits. I also see where the company was recently fined $14 mil by the SEC for accounting failures and bribery in January (after the article was written).

The author's name is Rick Pearson. That rings a bell, I wonder if he used to post here on Ihub?
