This-Is-Why-The-Amazon-Deal-For-BMXC-Is-A-Game-Changer

Lets remember that the share price went up to $1.00 just on the news that the company would listing it's diapers for sale on Amazon, with a virtually identical share structure.

Also see another DD sticky I have on the BEMAX board Here:

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=128720239

Lets also remember this:

1) There is no convertible debt. The CEO was offered a $2m convertible note and turned it down. She cancelled the S1!

2) Now all orders are paid for upfront when placed. This clearly means there's no need to borrow any money at all - not even from the bank!

3) She has already increased her revenue projections for this year from $2m-$3m to $3m-$4m. I think that's being conservative as you will see below.

4) The company has a huge selling point - their diapers are chlorine free and also environmentally friendly.

5) The CEO is a fully qualified accountant - so she knows how to keep costs down! Every news event is accompanies by the relevant SEC filing. I believe the company is already fully SEC standard in it's reporting standards.

6) She filed for OTC QB listing on 10 February so my guess is it will be granted next week.

That will also give the share price a huge spike! Now really is the time to buy into BEMAX.

I believe it can still deliver a 20 bagger from here this year!

The Amazon Deal.

On Amazon what sellers do now is list their products on Amazon. Amazon has built HUGE warehouses. What then happens is that sellers ship their products direct to Amazon in advance.

Most likely, I'd presume BEMAX will ship direct from the manufacturer to various Amazon warehouses around the USA which Amazon uses as distribution hubs.

Customers, buy the products listed on the Amazon website and Amazon ships the items direct to the customer. The wording you will see possibly see on the Amazon website is "Fulfilled By Amazon! or maybe "shipped by Amazon" or something very similar to that.

This saves the seller the time in hiring someone to ship the orders, paying for warehousing and storage facilities, plus setting up all the logistics of setting up a distribution and supply chain from their own premises. Instead the seller has their products manufactured, and then shipped direct to multiple Amazon warehouses around the country which are Amazon distribution hubs of some description or other.

See this link below to understand the potential of what can happen when you list your products on Amazon.

This person jiminey who posts on the Bemax board said that they also started selling their products on Amazon.

This person then replied to one of my posts where I politely asked how much their sales went up by - they saw a 500% increase/spike in sales when they listed their products on Amazon.

Take that number in for a second and understand the possibilities of listing the company's products on Amazon.

The company also sells a chlorine free diaper which is a HUGE selling point!

Go through this message chain and you will see that person's response to me about how much their sales increased by.

Obviously, it's not polite to ask about what the product is etc but that is a very healthy illustration of the potential for a huge increase in sales.

The USA diaper market alone is worth $5.6bn a year. This year the world diaper market will be worth $66bn.

The above figures are figures that I dug out earlier searching on Google when researching another post.

That's why the Amazon listing is and will be a game changer!
