Yes, and as we all know, as of yesterday and based on HERA, Watt can take all of that money back from Mnuchin and go buy himself his own personal island somewhere and, legally, nothing can be done about it.

This is in reference to money taken under the NWS. This is a separate topic than what we've been discussing (ending the Conservatorship).

As we know, Watt does not control the flow of the NWS. Mnuchin can end that any time he chooses (not Trump, Mnuchin). I suppose, Mnuchin could also return the money that was overpaid as long as Watt accepts it.
