Just gotten silly really. They are their own worst enemy most of the time.
After the Niger Truck debacle I really quit taking much of what they say seriously. It is what it is but this audit is just another example. Early January which was late from the initial time line is now just whenever. Next Wednesday is March 1st so if it is not submitted by Friday next week early March will be a 2 month delay on an already delayed timeline. It just sounds so much like the one they attempted back in 2011 and it just never got done and was never mentioned again. Same old stories over and over. To many failed or false statements made to even worry about it anymore. Just hold it till some kind of freak contract comes through.
