That is ridiculous. The FBI "gag" applied to informants in drug cases. Not applicable. And any protective order does not apply to Federal securities law. The SEC allows VERY limited confidentiality on SEC filings, and a Company, by LAW, must first apply for such confidential treatment. And such an application is PUBLIC and available on EDGAR.

Do you see any confidential treatment requests on EDGAR for TALK? Nope? So there are none.

No, the point is I am right. There is absolutely no excuse or legal reason why TALK is not filing with the SEC. TALK management is either incompetent or fraudulent. It is one or the other.

And since they are so delinquent in their legally required filings, TALK can be suspended at any time, and then eventually have its registration revoked. Which will immediately cause a 100% loss to every shareholder.
