You sound like a fool.

Insider did transfer shares to a 3rd party to sell. My source is well informed. The situation should be brought up with regulators. This deal is showing all the tell-tale signs of a pump & dump.

Unfortunately for the 3rd party and the insider, they don't have the stroke in the market to pump and dump it. Facts are facts.
