Not trying to be the spoiler of some good news, but according to SEC code, he wouldn't be allowed to say anything about a stock buy back, reverse splits or anything that the company's planning on doing before making it known. If so that would look like insider trading. But if you're just posting something to up someone else then job well done, cause you had me going nuts.
