that *opinion* is totally false re: underwater

more than a few actual P2O investors were successful in picking off PTOI *shares* .. ;)
from NON RETAILs' abusive resets of just 2016 .. 2c .. 019c .. and last August's 018c ..

and since NON RETAILs' *efforts* to part actual P2O investors from their PTOI *shares* has been an EPIC FAIL
(that would be where PTOI's *volume* comes in) .. :)

it will be interesting to see how PTOI is handled .. to say nothing of *volume* undertaken with P2O's ability to execute

and that is something all with *interest* .. await .. :) .. some with more patience .. others less so .. ;)
