Seriously you going there over a $ on the last mention of it, when the previous two mentions clearly said 50,000 shares. It is easy to defend, when we are talking about good management. That contract revisement they engineered going to be paying off, and since MIDAM breached the contract, they are able to sever ties and should be able to recoup some of the $90k cash and 3 million shares issued in October 2016, because that was for period from October 2016 through October 2017.
