Agreed. Excited to see the good news that keeps coming out, and thanks for posting about that 3rd Investor's Conference Chaim attended. Apologies the tardy reply I've been traveling quite a bit recently.

I'd hate to keep seeing potential downsides in all the excitement, but it would appear that they have been attending quite a few of the key conferences where other companies I follow have been, and they have announced plans to soon contract City of Hope for NurOwn Phase III production. That would require a decent down-payment.

Also judging by the good news about partnering with Canada's CCRM for the distribution and commercialisation of NurOwn, this would perhaps indicate that BCLI would like to go it alone rather than partner up with a larger pharma to support Phase III, as a deal with a larger Pharma would usually follow with Distibution & Commercialisation rights and royalties.

If BCLI is planning on going it alone, which I hope they are (given the relatively low ALS population, example USA ALS population is about 15,000 patients, distribution could be done to specific geographically strategic centres. This would be nicely centralised and wouldn't require larger pharma support), then BCLI will require the cash to support these new agreements and the soon to be commencing Phase III. They're probably on just over 7 million at the moment.

Thus I would still expect the sale/issuing of common stock for raising cash. Which quite frankly just makes sense, and at the current 3.9USD mark, they wouldn't need to issue a huge amount of shares.

For better or worse, I'll be holding out till the cash comes in and seeing in what format before buying more.
