Yes, there is. There is absolutely NO provision in Federal Securities Laws which allow a registered company to not file their periodic and annual reports with the SEC.

NONE.

As I previously proved, even bankrupt companies are required to continue with their legal filing obligations, but that point is moot as TALK is not bankrupt.

TALK is absolutely seriously delinquent with their legally required filing obligations, and can have its registration revoked at any time.
