Because of the highly volatile nature of the subject. But, JS is right, they're only trying to achieve what is already being done elsewhere - that doesn't mean that it won't make $$$ here though if things go ahead, but church and state will have to bash heads on that one eh?

At the very least, it has raised the issue for debate in the US once more, and with such a highly political subject the press are all over it. And hey, ANY news for this little company is good news!

I suspect many scientists see it as standing on the shoulders of giants - anyone doing real DD will find these guys haven't really invented anything new, they're just dancing around the laws. I think it's a little early to say this will be a $30 stock, but they're certainly stirring up the nest!
