He did mention it when talking about the $50m that he had lined up (2 years ago now) when 510k was submitted and categorization change was going through.

He had a marketing partner (we assumed Walgreens) willing to provide upfront $50m for inventory custom packaging , promotion and Andy said he would consider using some or the profit from the deal to buy back shares as one option to reduce the O/S. His focus was on the O/S which obviously a R/S can also address.

With the limited clearance I an expecting him to raise the A/S but now only has to sell an eighth of the number of shares to get the cash needed for inventory and launch.
