So I just received my proxy package for GWP*AHoles. What timing!

GWP*AHoles are, among other things:

Changing the structure of the Board of Directors so that a majority of directors are independent; recommending the addition of Cabot Brown as a new independent director (Mr. Brown "was also MD of Brown, McMilliam, an investment firm he co-founded that sponsored buy-outs and venture capital investments..."); changes to their stock incentive program to allow awards in the ADR instead of the UK stock; and changing their auditor to Deloitte.

Could mean nothing, could mean they are pivoting and preparing to make themselves more suitable and attractive for a US buyout.

Overall, IMHO, just another piece of data that reinforces my view that we are experience a Rotation into MMJ in the anticipation of M&A activity.
