**DO NOT GO BY VSTOCK TRANSFER LISTED ON OTC WEBSITE. I SPOKE TO THEM TODAY AS WELL, WAS ADVISED THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE TAKING OVER AS THE NEW TRANSFER AGENT, BUT A CONTRACT WAS NOT SIGNED.
