In many communities malls can be where it's at. It is a destination in places where there isn't anything else to do. People shop at the mall and hang out at the mall in so many communities. It is a gathering place and many high end malls have a great atmosphere. Some people even walk a few miles at the mall when the weather isn't favorable to be outside. If you build it they will come.
