There are no warrants to buy stock at 6.40. The $6.40 was stock sold at .20 in Nov. those shares were free to trade once the S-1 was certified the other day. That's when the stock sold off to $11.50. There are warrants to purchase shares at 12.80 (3.9 mil) this brings in 50 mil cash. This is already known. There's also about 700k warramts to buy stock at $32. In total if all warrants were converted there would be 11.4-11.5 mil shares. The company would have about 80-90 mil in cash
