"so... the sky is caving in" It would seem to me that even with a company that is profitable, late filing without a valid reason reflects poorly on the efficiency of that company. In this situation, however, after repeated failures, no revenues, delayed merger, broken assurances and multiple late filings, this is just what this investment needed: yet another reason for potential investors to have themselves a chuckle and move on. The point is, this company should be doing the exact opposite, trying to turn the perception of the investing community around but instead they choke yet again. Is the sky falling? ....heads' up!!!!
