DLCR~looking for O/S share count decrease_&_sales of $50,000+ (maybe more if shipped before Christmas)_&_FORMAT-hopefully our 1/2 Billion in Timberlands will be listed as an asset,along with log inventory and then finished product for sale.

I would also like to see an update on our foward guidance; for Stanner obviously commencement of gold processing_&_mining
