It doesn't matter. IR is toast. SEC wins 95% of its cases at this stage. The only thing that matters is IR is shut down and they can't damage VELA anymore. Next step is George Alvarez actually being a CEO and to stop blaming everyone else for his mistakes. If CMM is half as successful as he promised two years ago, VELA will be at 5 cents. If he screwed the pooch again, I have a 6 inch file of emails and phone calls I will provide to SEC. If he lied, he will be in jail. If not, he will be redeemed. We will see. Today is the date for settlement or trial based on SEC filings.
