Yeah, I found that a while ago.

I think they're just trying to sell reports. Doesn't matter whether the information is useful or not. If you were to pay I'll wager that you don't get anything other than the project on the list. Same thing that is publicly available.

Whiting Turner has been listed as the contractor since at least 2014.
