YOU MAY BE CONFUSED, I THINK YOU WERE INFORMED OF THE FLOAT NOT THE O/S BACK IN DECEMBER. THERE IS 341 MILLION RESTRICTED SHARES WHICH TAKE UP PART OF THE OUTSTANDING SHARE COUNT.

FLOAT = 351 MILLION, VERY SMALL FOR OTC TICKER TRADING AT .001
