The IF deal IMO is flopping...one of their more recent filings had a blurb insinuating that as well.
They have a contract for something like $4 million over 3 years, right? They're what, halfway through the contract period and so far they've reported approximately $200,000 in purchases from IF (I think that includes their recently PR'd second order but don't quote me on that). They've got some serious catching up to do if they're going to satisfy the contract terms.
Factor in the Trump Administration who is VERY anti-environmental regulations and are working on dismantling the EPA as we speak...they aren't doing HCTI any favors whatsoever.
This sh*t company just got even sh*ttier...an uphill battle would be an improvement to what's ahead of them.
