Ruling is total BS though. Proof that there are no real property rights in this Banana Republic and greedy corporate America has infiltrated the lawyers that run our government to the point that they will interpret the laws however they see fit for the benefit of themselves. America is a really sad story these days. There are no checks and balances anymore for the branches, unless you are Trump and opposing the entrenched establishment. We can only hope that Mnuchin and Co. will clean the coop here. I am pretty sure we have no chance in court. Sad day, but I am sure the value of the shares will jump at some point. Government is greedy and has a huge stake. I cant count on righteousness in the justice system, but I do count on greed from politicians.
