I realize that and I agree it could happen , it depends on the plan they roll out , I really do thnk we will see pennies in short order , but difference with OWCP they have world renown doctors engineering pills and meds for FDA certification , they have funding and all kinds of pluses
I believe RSII will hit 5 cents but depends on plan they roll out and I think time( weed rally months ) will play a major factor in this run up
but hey who knows they may announce a partnership with a weed biopharm company and that's it OWC*P all over again
