The original principals have already looted the place.

Dick Hed couldn't be more obvious about liquidating, assigning all assets to himself and *related parties*, and doing NOTHING ELSE! He couldn't even bother to stop making lease payments for two more years on a discontinued recycling fiasco, so he floated a loan to ptooey at 12% to make up for it. huh? Good deal for you shareholders! lmao!

At least we can ALL agree he has zero regard for shareholders. ;)
