Last I saw, Allen owns something like 57 million shares. You don't think he wants pps to go up? Of course he does. He would love to get some deal in place beyond an MOU that would show some revenue. He'd be clicking his ruby slippers like Dorothy. This just seems to be a guy who has no idea what he is doing in this industry. He's a wheeler and dealer who thought he could silver tongue his way to a business model and is finding out differently. He signed toxic debt deals and we are now all paying the dilution price. Maybe, somehow, a miracle happens, but I'm not seeing it too soon.
