First CDEL routes for the MM NITE which getting used from many Brokers, so CDEL does not route for 1 and the same seller, but for nearly all shareholders.

2nd is, because that there arent many hits at 0.03 coming, because of the small wall there, other Shareholders using that wall and selling some lower and other bidders, could be even the same sellers, which selling some below 0.03, getting filled cheap again and could sell again some below 0.03..
