08:37 AM EST, 02/21/2017 (MT Newswires) -- Shares of Vericel Corp.(VCEL) were 11% higher pre-market Tuesday after the company said its Ixmyelocel-T investigation product for the treatment of patients with chronic advanced heart failure due to ischemic dilated cardiomyopathy was granted Fast Track Status from the Food and Drug Administration.
