I wouldn't buy this for anymore than .0006 it stayed at .0003-.0004 for months. There's too many shares to make this go to .01 let alone .10 its not currently 100 million dollar company. Imo in order to get the share price above .01 they will have to either RS, buyback a ton of shares, or find a way to generate more than 500k annually and restructure how they pay their exec' s ...
