Again, I highly doubt there would be any monetary consequences with this snafu. Sheet happens.

Pfizer might acknowledge some responsibility as a good faith measure and possibly offer some down the road discounts.

I'd almost guarantee the arbitration would be the mandated method of resolution if it came to that.

In the end there will be no compensation just as Sandoz would have no basis for damages.
