Not disclosed and reported to the SEC is now they are stuck, they're transferred the Pat's but once those Pat's are filed with a public company like V BOOM V has to disclose everything to the SEC then the long drawn out scam the the directors of RMTD did to T will be exposed and people are going to jail

Even with there trick to sell them to an offshore company to avoid reporting doesn't mater because no public company in the USA would touch it but V did so filings filings will have to be filled sooner or later
