Long story...short as possible:

Step back 3 years...Good growth, pps rising (.0034 +/-), Ed communicating, several projects happening...

Suddenly Canada drops a CTO because not all addresses of company and Officers are in Canada. They are required to have audited fins.

Well, needless to say the bottom fell out. Ed probably lost financing, projects, friends, etc., etc.

Started working on audit, but each phase needed payments!
Payments that were not so easy to make for a company that just had the rug pulled out from under them.

I don't know what motivated ED, or what all he had to do or what he did, but he did get very quiet for the last 3 years. He also made some statements, promises and estimations of when he was expecting the audit to be done that I am guessing he wishes he had not made. In other words he made some mistakes (some would say quite a few).

With what he has had to deal with, my guess is that he was in survival mode, fought depression and was trying everything he could think of to recover. You have to remember that at the same time he had people looking at everything he did under the microscope and pointing everything he had done or not done for the last 10 years.

So at this time the audit is most likely done or very, very close to being done and now the auditors are waiting to receive their final payment. (That is my guess! I do not have 1st hand knowledge).
I expect Ed to keep pressing in, getting new deals, new arrangements and getting it done. Not an easy feat, considering what he was facing.

Now he is BACK and still trying to bring Canada back.
He did not give up.
He kept telling his story.
He finally found some financing and is pressing in.
All the time he was down he was getting kicked and yet he pressed in.

As long as he presses in and shows up... (IMHO)
This stock is going to succeed!
THis pps is going to rise!

Some say the audit will never happen! Some say a lot of BS!
I believe he's going to bring it home...

For himself!
For his family!
and overall For SEGI!
