Agreed. I think that the Winthers are heading for a massive legal battle. You cant just cut a side deal for yourself and give away all the companies assets and leave the investors holding the bag. I dont think the SEC will hold still for that once they review the situation.
VHUB very clearly had better days ahead with the sales and pending deregulation due to the Trump Presidency. There is no need for KYle Winther to give the farm away unless he is receiving alternative compensation. That would be fraudulent in my opinion, but we will let the lawyers figure that out too. Wonder how deep PLY's pockets are??
