chill some about it and wait for it, iam almost sure, that when TTCM is so far, that CO will do its next step, example it would me not surprise, to see a pr, filling coming on that time, which says that those shares wont get converted at 3$, but at much higher sp, example 10$ would be nice. But for now imo, its to early to expect that.

Keep in mind, those shares reflecting voting rights and are imo specifically made to reflect it and not to sell them,
