next point is the 3 dollar issue, i dont think that those shares will be automatically converted by moving above 3 dollar and or by trading at nasdaq, they could get, but there is no must, further i think that maybe TTCM is self surprised, that Nasdaq could already happen "Quickly" and on that time when TTCM moves above dollar levels, that those guys that locked it shares, could issue a new filling, which says that the 3$ price will be raised to 30$
