Yes, if results of the trial hits, which it is suppose to at anytime and if they are positive the price will skyrocket. I never try to hit the bottom or top of a stock, of course it would be nice to predict that, but generally you will end up losing money. For instance 3 weeks ago, I saw a stock that was trading at .002 and I bid .0019, sure the price would dip after open, got tied up in a meeting, checked it later in the day and the price was .015 and is now .02+! I lost thousands trying to save 50 bucks or so. Know what you're buying! $$ USRM $$
