I'm a realist, I read the reports. And......

I've never said they were never going to find anything. They may, but they still have to get a recovery permit, which GME can't even accomplish, and they've found far more. Sinclair has even been very critical of the FBAR asking if they have some sort of an agenda. That communication was handed over as part of discovery.

Fudd had LIED about needing 3 items........DOCUMENTED. His star witness in the Facebook private message hearsay scandal first made that false claim about 2 weeks before Fudd.

Fudd has LIED about gold coins being found on Area 2.....ie Sinclair knows nothing about it.

Last summer he claimed they were on the wreck, yet there is nothing in the reports to back that claim. His statement wasn't simply being optimistic, he was specific saying the wreck in Area 1 was a 1/4 mile from Area 2.

When I cast my doubts I have something to back it up.
