It's a farce to believe that a CEO HAS to have stock in one's own company. When more shares are distributed, there is more dilution. More dilution means less value. Less value means lower buy-out price. Lower buy-out potential means less investors. Less investors means to value. No value means no job. No job means no CEO. Circle of life. Any person who understands the mechanics of business knows this.

What CEO wants to be part of a company that has little to no value? BUSINESS 101.

NO DILUTION is a good thing. Everybody agrees with that!
