If what you say is correct and Emil sounds frustrated, why then doesn't he turn the speaking of this product to Leon who is polished, comes across as believable, and knows how to get the point across.

We all believe that the product is here. Why not talk about it and get it out to more than the shareholders? If he did that the up tick buying would come in and we would have a good market. AND it would attract an investor that would commit to the company for serious money going forward if this has to go to court in November.
