Why do you need to await responses? You can do your own DD. So if the companies both don't have PR's out it's immediately false?

I called both companies an got the same responses of yes they are in business with each other. They legally have to respond. They do not have to respond to the details to which is not created yet and sold publicly.

Doing DD is past doing a search for PR's. There are also ways to do some research in the financials, this particular exclusive PR, it had to be done with a phone call. Interesting that its that easy.
