There are three possibilities:

1) They haven't gotten an offer.
2) They haven't gotten an attractive enough offer.
3) They aren't interested in selling.

I think 1 and 3 are fairly unlikely. Lacking an attractive offer, they have no alternative than to bring the drug to market themselves or partner. This company should be sold. They don't have a deep pipeline and the asset seems attractive. Either it's not worth what we think or no one is interested in paying their price right now.
Either way it kinda sucks.
