Hitting metrics should be doable...

25 patients a day x 6 day work week...

150 patients a week... x 4 = 600 patients a month...

600 x $250 per visit (exam, test, card issue) = $150,000.00 / mo.

$150,000.00 x 12 = $1,800,000.00 / yr.

If they are projecting $2 Mil+ this is realistic just based on estimates.
