Sea...You have to wonder, Why they are not willing to spend the necessary dollars to properly put out a PR ? Especially if it would only help generate interest in the company, since it seems that word of mouth is not getting it done.

I don't know how management can be happy about trading at these levels and perhaps they are not, but IMHO they don't do enough to try to change it.
