It's my understanding (assumption) that we're a Product in the USA, not a DRUG. That is, until, Ms. Sani can help us gain FDA approval. That is her speciality and that's why she was appointed to the Advisory Board.

Considering they're talking about Market Ready by Q2 for the Cream -- that's the only explanation, in my opinion.
