I need more shares in this area and don't care about R/S because it is only for the purpose of uplisting to NASDAQ. This company will not dilute once financing in place and there is no need to. It will cover for expenses and other costs. RBE BOD will be given preferreds to be part of controlling interests (non dilutive). My only concern though is pps needs to be around 40-50 cents and after R/S of 1:15 would get them to pps > $4. That is NASDAQ requirement.
