LOL!! My post stands. I clearly showed one example of a large scale scam that had a bogus 8k in an effort to make it seem like a legit operation. Dwyers small beans the SEC wouldn't even bother since there's hundreds of OTC scamming CEO's. There will never be a divy! Anyone who has done any DD on Dwyer would know that already. The only thing here is your typical pump and dump scam. This is going nowhere. Bank on it!
