He did have balls to leverage all his assets so early for Canopy. I took a more modest approach to getting shares as I never wanted to borrow to invest at first. But I cashed in some managed investments to redirect into CGC. Borrowed a few thousand when dip occured before election and Libs started surging. But mostly plugged away every month living frugally and depositing as much as possible while covering my costs and paying down debt for 2 years straight. My friends were going to mexico. I was plugging away.
There was a certain level of satisfaction when these same friends helped me move to my new house and they jested about me going into debt with all the new things and the size of the house. For me then to tell them how well I did with CGC and how im actually debt free. Jaws were left open. These same dudes were telling me what a moron I was for betting on "penny stock scams". That was probably my favorite Canopy moment.
