It's my opinion WW is being very strategic with what's going on. A lot of things can't happen when you're a late filer like some conversions as well as issuing PR's. I said it before that cleaning up the books from the acquisitions are also one of the issues. We will all know the answers to these questions soon enough and some of us will be right and richer and some will be wrong and wiser. All just my opinion and that comes from having seen what it takes when a company acquires a private business.
